“Our time is our biggest asset. He respects customers time by being always earlier than the assigned time. He had to return the following day as our ground is hard and he needed equipment to break the ground and find the tank. Previous owner had planted bushes on top of the tank and he was gracious to pull that out for us. We had to install extra drain field lines as the original was too small for the size of our home. He completed the job the same day he started, spread seeds and straw for the new grass to grow. He will return to install a riser on our tank for further easiest access. We are very satisfied with his job, communication and pricing. Highly recommended. We will use him in the future for other plumbing projects.”
